We recommend that you read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By utilising the Catwalk Collection website and/or placing an order through this website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.

No contract will commence between you and Catwalk Collection Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Catwalk Collection Limited accepts your order by email confirming that it has despatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Ctawalk Collection Limited irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Catwalk Collection Limited shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials used in this website. All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned or licenced to Catwalk Collection Limited. Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storage in whole or part, other than for personal use, is strictly prohibited without prior permission from Catwalk Collection Limited.

Refunds

Any items that need to be returned must reach us within 10 days of receipt unworn and in the same condition you received it in. Please enclose all receipts and detials to process your refund, by email.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

If you receive any garment that is damaged or faulty on delivery, please return the garment and we will repair or replace at no extra cost. Make sure that you email us all your contact details to ensure that the query is dealt with efficiently. Catwalk Collcetion will not be responsible for any garments returned after 10 days without notice.

Within Mainland - UK Via UPS Couriers - Standard Charge £ 8.00

Outside UK - Via Royal Mail - Please Call for Charges

Packages exceeding weight of 5kg may be subject to additional charges.

Our aim is to process orders within 7 working days of order confirmation and credit card authorisation. Your order will be shipped once the payment has been approved, the address has been verified, and the merchandise is in stock. Non UK Europe Mainland: Average delivery is 14 to 21 days from order confirmation. However, this time may be affected by stock availability and/or customs delays.

Please note: that all overseas orders must be signed for at the time of delivery. We do not take responsibility for any import duties implied by your own country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.

Your privacy is important to us and we do not share any information about your order with anyone. However, international deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
